We are proud to announce that James N. (Jim) Congelio was recently elected as partner by the voting shareholders of the firm. In conjunction with the company’s two year anniversary in the Tampa area, Jim and fellow partner Jim C. Congelio collectively bring over 50 years of experience in the insurance industry. The company continues its expansion in the Florida marketplace with a location on Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.
Jim’s expertise in construction and surety bonds allows him to provide consistent, strategic risk management solutions for clients. Prior to joining Sterling Seacrest Partners two years ago, he worked as a Surety Department Manager.

Jim graduated from the University of Georgia with degrees in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance. He lives in Tampa with his wife, Elisa, and their son Cannon.
