BIO
Griffin LaPlante is the Manager of Operations for Sterling Seacrest Partners and based in the company’s Atlanta office. He focuses on process efficiencies, technology implementation, workload balancing, and managing the company’s vendor relationships. Further, Griffin leads the client resource team and works directly with employees across the entire organization on best practices, training, and education.
Griffin is a graduate of The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. An active member in his community, he enjoys volunteering with non-profit organizations who are centered around benefiting children. He previously held the position of president for Camp Twin Lakes, Young Atlanta Leadership League. In this role, he was responsible for fundraising and engaging young professionals in the greater Atlanta area. Griffin is also a previous Eagle Scout recipient.
Griffin and his wife, Kimberly, have two sons. An avid runner, Griffin is currently seeking a qualifying time to run in the Boston Marathon.
